Hot Pepper Turkey 😋

1 stick of unsalted butter
2 diced cloves of garlic
2 tablespoons of everglades seasoning
2 tablespoons of tajin clasico seasoning
One large onion
4 habanero peppers sliced/4 jalapeno peppers sliced
Salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, and ghost pepper sauce for seasoning the skin.

Take out the giblets from inside the turkey and wash the turkey inside and out. Coat all sides of the turkey with salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, and ghost pepper sauce. Place turkey breast side down in roasting pan that has 1/2 gallon of water in it, (breast facing bottom of pan). Add all the other ingredients inside of the cavity of the turkey. Cook for 2 and 1/2 hours covered at 350 degrees but occasionally baste turkey with the juices from the pan. Flip turkey over , baste, and cook uncovered for 30 more minutes to form crust.
