Puerto-izza


Pizza dough
  • 3 cups of flour
  • 1 cup of corn flour
  • ½ tablespoon of sugar
  • 1 pack of instant fast rising yeast
  • 1 ½ teaspoons of salt
  • 2 teaspoon of pepper
  • 1 ¼ cups hot water
  • ¼ cup of tequila
  • 2 tablespoons of hot chili infused oil (used when rolling)
  • 1 Tablespoon of garlic powder
  • 1 Tablespoon of cumin
  • 1 teaspoon of nutmeg

Mix together and let rise for an hour. Roll out and put sauce and toppings on.

Sauce
  • 10 paste tomatoes
  • 2 cups of water
  • 1 beer
  • 1 avocado
  • 2 tomatillos
  • 2 fresh chili peppers
  • 1 Tablespoon of oregano
  • 1 Tablespoon of chili powder
  • ½ Tablespoon of paprika
  • ½ Tablespoon of garlic powder
  • 1 Tablespoon of salt
  • 1 Tablespoon of pepper
  • 1 Tablespoon of sugar
  • ¼ cup malt vinegar

Cook in large saucepan for about an hour after
blending everything in food processor.

Toppings
  • One pound of ground hamburger
  • 2 pounds of your favorite cheeses
  • 2 sliced habanero
  • 2 sliced jalapeno
  • One onion
  • ½ cup frozen corn
Cook at 400 degrees for 40 mins.
