Breakfast Mini Loafs

2 over ripe bananas mashed
1/3 cup of coconut flakes
1 large egg
1/4 cup of sugar
1/4 cup of brown sugar
1 can of cherry pie filling
1 Tablespoon of cocoa powder
2 Tablespoons of instant coffee
1/4 cup of cooled melted butter
1 teaspoon of baking soda
1/2 teaspoon of baking powder
1/4 teaspoon of salt
1/4 cup of sunflower kernels
1/4 cup of sliced almonds
1/4 cup of chocolate chips
1 cup of oatmeal
2 and 3/4 cup of flour

Mix all ingredients together and butter mini loaf pans with butter to prevent sticking. Fill pans 3/4 full, top with coconut flakes, and bake at 350. Cook until toothpick comes out clean from testing middle of loafs.
